you’ll want this role You’ll work hands-on with high-precision
equipment , completing repairs that directly help customers stay
efficient and effective on the jobsite—while building deeper
technical expertise through structured training and daily
collaboration. What you’ll do (day-to-day impact) In this role,
you’ll repair and maintain Spectra Precision products, support
customers and distribution partners, and help deliver technical
training. Core responsibilities include: Repair Spectra Precision
products within established repair times Read, understand, and
follow repair instructions, service guidelines, and requirements
Maintain strong daily attendance (on-site / in-office) Clean and
finish products to cosmetic standards that meet customer
expectations Participate in service training (classroom hands-on
bench training) Document repairs, steps taken, and quality
assurance checks Track part numbers and quantities consumed in
repairs Support and facilitate instructor-led technical training
courses Achieve established productivity metrics Maintain a

to communicate clearly with customers and teammates. Requirements
Required knowledge, skills & experience: 2 years as a technician in
a relevant industry (electronics, mechanical, auto, etc.) 2-year
technical degree or equivalent experience High school diploma
Experience diagnosing and repairing electromechanical devices
Comfort with basic electrical theory and electronic test equipment
Strong organization and communication skills Ability to follow
written guidelines and service requirements Ability to work
independently and stay accountable to quality standards Computer
skills including databases/support tools and Microsoft Office
Strong phone skills—able to explain repair steps or laser setup
clearly Experience conducting instructor-led technical training
seminars Salesforce.com knowledge is a plus Benefits (invested in
