The ideal candidate will have an internal drive for success. While we will train and equip you with everything you need to make $20k or more a month, we aren't going to do the work for you.Our agents help interested individuals find coverage they can qualify for and afford. We will show you how to book a full schedule of clients to help each week, how to figure out what coverage they qualify for, and how to close the sale. On average, our agents make $1,000 each time they help a family qualify for coverage. Our agents make phone calls, schedule appointments, visit clients at their homes, submit applications for insurance, and help ensure policies are issued. There is no cold calling, as our agents work almost exclusively from interested leads.
