Summary:
MUST HAVE 2 years of supervisor/management experience in landscaping maintenance/mowing. Seeking candidates who demonstrate reliability, integrity, commitment and who are looking to grow with our company. Visit to learn more about our company and to view our work
Responsibilities and Knowledge:Assume full ownership of the properties and build relationships with our clientsExceeding clients expectations on a daily basisManagement of crew, truck, equipment and daily routesDaily review of schedule and planning with team to maintain efficiencyDaily management of hours and quality control of each jobAbility to train new crew members REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in landscape maintenance and mowing
Equipment Experience is a must
Strong and effective communication skills
Time management skills
Chemical Applicator License preferred, but not required
Valid Indiana Driver's License
