We have a career opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team!Responsibilities* Promotes Helmer values as demonstrated in personal productivity and quality of work, management of internal/external relationships, and willingness to engage and support team initiatives.* Comply with workplace safety procedures.* Monitor and collect data on current operations including planning, sourcing, inventory, warehousing, production and shipping & receiving.* Develops and create dashboards monitoring key performance indicator, supplier scorecards & etc for distribution to main stakeholders* Analyze data to determine areas for performance improvement.* Collaborate with the Commercial team on forecasts, larger orders and planning scenarios.* Monitors contract compliance of carriers and other logistics service providers.* Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy with the ERP system and is the main coordinator of any inventory adjustments.* Other duties and responsibilities and projects as assigned.QualificationsRelated Work Experience: A minimum of 4 years in analysis and data gathering in business but preferably in supply chain operations.Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management or related fieldsCertifications/Licenses: APICS and/or related certification preferred.Computer Systems/Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MRP/ERP (MS Dynamic AS) tools for analytical and presentation purposesKey Competencies:* Excellent analytical skills* Ability to coordinate activities in a fast-paced dynamic environment* Interpersonal skills and ability to build and improve trusting relationships* Ability to utilize effectively utilize methods of communication to gain agreement or acceptance of an idea, plan, initiative and/or product from internal/external customers.* Ability to perform analysis using various sources of data to develop supplier performance history (price, quality and on-time deliveries).* Ability to establish continuous improvement goals, implement methodologies, and achieve desired results using Six Sigma tools.* Ability to adapt easily to changing business needs - adapting approach, goals and methods to achieve successful solutions and results in dynamic situations.* Ability to complete tasks without a lot of direction and to develop and meet project time lines.If you don't meet the minimum requirements we've listed, but still think you are qualified for the job, you are welcome to apply for consideration.Helmer is committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace in which we respect and celebrate each person.As an EEO/AA Employer all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, veteran status or any other protected characteristic.Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Parental leave* Professional development assistance* Retirement plan* Tuition reimbursement* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:* Bonus payEducation:* Bachelor's (Required)Experience:* Analysis and Data Gathering: 4 years (Required)* Supply chain: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
