American Specialty Health Incorporated is seeking a Supervisor -
Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources (HRS) department.
This position will lead talent acquisition team to ensure
recruitment efforts are maximized and goals and objectives are met
for call center and non-exempt recruitment. Performs full range of
recruitment process for open positions for call center and
non-exempt positions. Additional recruitment of some operational
areas based on business need.Salary Range American Specialty Health
complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation
depends upon candidate's qualifications, education, skill set,
years of experience, and internal equity. $56,700 to $75,000
Full-Time Annual Salary RangeRemote Worker ConsiderationsCandidates
who are selected for this position may be trained virtually or
onsite and must have the capability to work from home (WFH) in a
designated work area with company-provided technology
equipment.This remote/WFH position requires you have a stable
connection to your Internet Service Provider with the ability to
participate by video in online meetings over a reliable and
consistent network (minimum internet download of 50 Mbps and 50
Mbps upload speed). This position will require occasional onsite
office work. ASH requires all onsite employees and employees who
travel for their position to review and acknowledge ASH's
Communicable Disease and Pandemic Policy. Responsibilities
- Supervision of call center talent acquisition team.
- Ensures talent acquisition team is meeting goals and objectives
for filling operational and call center positions.
- Collaborates with and provides direction and coaching to
leadership and department managers to understand required
knowledge, skills, and abilities for open positions.
- Oversees recruitment strategies for operational positions
including call center talent acquisition team, including
appropriate use of advertising for our virtual career fair
platform.
- Develops and implements process improvements or enhancements to
strengthen recruitment process and increase market presence.
- Communicates on a regular basis with leadership and department
managers regarding status of all open positions to further refine
requirements for qualified candidates.
- Evaluates productivity, quality, and results for staffing team;
recommends corrective actions and identifies process
improvements.
- Provides ongoing mentoring and training.
- Prepare and deliver timely annual performance evaluations.
- Creates environment that fosters teamwork, motivation, morale,
and commitment.
- Ensures that necessary processes are in place to meet
Affirmative Action Plan compliance standards for all regular and
seasonal requisitions in ATS.
- Performs recruitment process for open positions.
- Prepares marketing material, creates screening questions and
advertises for events.
- Reviews employment applications and resumes for completion and
accuracy.
- Prepares and extends offers of employment.
- Coordinates contingent drug screenings and notifies candidates
once offer is confirmed.
- Coordinates background checks, and reviews background check
reports. Identifies areas that need further review and elevates, as
necessary.
- Recruitment assistance with other operations areas based on
seasonal workload.
- Represents Company in a positive, professional manner to all
applicants.
- Organizes and hosts Career Fairs virtually.
- 10% Maintains all pertinent applicant, requisition and
interview data in applicant tracking system.
- Processes talent acquisition requests within 24 hours and
enters data in applicant tracking system.
- Keeps applicant tracking system and open position reports up to
date and accurate.
- Updates interview and applicant information in applicant
tracking system.
- Prepares documentation for Affirmative Action files.
- Provides weekly progress reports to Sr Manager.
- Provides general support to Human Resources department.
- Coordinates and oversees projects as assigned by Sr Manager or
VP.
- Prepares reports and spreadsheets for Sr Manager and/or hiring
managers.
- Participates in departmental meetings and events.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. If
equivalent experience, high school diploma required.
- At least 3 years' full cycle recruiting in a corporate or
agency environment, some of which is call center recruitment.
- Minimum of 1 year leadership experience.
- Experience navigating within an applicant tracking system
required.
- Proficient in MS Office, with experience in scheduling
appointments in Outlook.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources law.
- Demonstrated ability to fully understand the recruitment
process.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of the recruitment process to understand
position requirements, to optimize company fit and candidate
selection.
- Demonstrated ability to be persuasive and compelling in
promoting the company, the position and negotiating job offers.Core
