Mold Setter Needed in Noblesville, IN!JOB DESCRIPTION:This role is to provide technical support and perform preventative maintenance to help produce plastic parts. Candidates will be responsible to set up and the removal of molds from injection molding presses which includes cleaning and inspecting mold components before changing them out. Candidates will perform 5-6 per shift. They are required to pull out the mold, flush all the hydraulic lines, repair them if needed, hook mold up to overhead crane and replace mold with new mold using overhead crane. Must be able to climb on the machine during this process and be able to lift 50+ pounds.JOB DUTIES:--- Organizes work for smooth operations of set-up and remove molds from injection molding machines.--- Set up and use of all secondary equipment, such as sonic welders, conveyor belts, thermolators, drill presses, gate cutters and various other tools and equipment.--- Performs preliminary troubleshooting of processes as directed by shift supervisor or mold technician.--- Analyzes mechanical and operational problems, plans for, and takes corrective action.--- Maintains a thorough understanding of all equipment.--- Advises of need for repairs to tooling and equipment.--- Creates work order through IQMS to report problems to proper personnel.--- Maintain mold storage areas and mold identification.--- Safely operates overhead cranes and report any maintenance or safety issues to proper personnel.--- Performs operations in a safe manner to guard against accidents--- Perform Lock out / tag out procedures. --- Perform any other related duties as required or assignedExperience Level:Entry Level Text or call Kyle at to Apply!
