Noblesville, IN 46062Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. No
evenings, weekends or holidays.Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and make outbound calls to schedule appointments
for patients within American Health Network's specialty
practices
- Enter information into patient charts and send tasks to
clinical sites
- Review and check patient insurance eligibility
- Ensure patient confidentiality with the handling of all patient
health information and medical records
- Communicate all progress and issues with the call center
management team
- Scan and import documents into patient chartsWhat are the

in.Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of experience working in a healthcare or a customer
service position
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this
role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster

well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of

Qualifications:
- Experience working in a call center environment handling
inbound and outbound calls
- Experience with scheduling appointments
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) system
- Medical records experience
