BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for "dynamic, results driven" individual to join as a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator at our Noblesville, Indiana operations. In this role, and under direct supervision of the PC Supervisor, Shipping/Receiving Coordinator will be primarily responsible for the Shipping and Receiving of material. Key Accountabilities:Loading and unloading material on trailersCreate shipping documentsCustom clearingSchedule of freight forwards and parcel serviceInvestigate and reconcile cycle count variancesReceives and/or ships material or product for the plantChecks against purchase orders and distributesMaintain inventory accuracy by monitoring safety stock and cycle countingAssist with accounting requests and needsMust work well in a team environmentFamiliar with Pull SystemAbility to lift 45lbsMaintain a SAFETY-FIRST focus for all actions and behaviorsWorks under limited supervisionPull material on-demand and prepare for buildsQualifications & Experience:Associates degree in related discipline or equivalent experience preferredPrior shipping/receiving experience requiredComputer literateMinimum one (1) year forklift experience requiredAbility to successfully pass BorgWarner low-level, hi-lo and stacker power industrial truck license examExperience with SAP system preferred.BorgWarner Competencies:Learning on the flyAction OrientedFunctional/Technical SkillsSelf-KnowledgeInformingSafety This position will adhere to Global Star Safety Program, including safety rules, practices and training asoutlined in the BorgWarner PTC/HQ Safety Policy Manual, which includes the use of equipment, protective devices, or clothing that the employer requires.
