Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and
healthcare industry, is seeking a Materials Planner/Coordinator to
join their team. As a Materials Planner/Coordinator, you will be
part of the Materials Management Department, supporting the
production and assembly teams. The ideal candidate will possess
attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability
to work effectively in a team environment, aligning well with the
organization's goals. Job Title: Materials Planner/Coordinator
(helping production and assembly teams) Location: Noblesville, IN
Pay Range: $19.00 Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
(possibly 5:30 to 4:00) What's the Job? Inspect and process
materials per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Move materials
using hand trucks or forklifts Receive and deliver release orders;
verify inventory Process products against purchase/work orders
using electronic systems Manage documentation for regulated
products Conduct cycle audits and physical inventory Reconcile
inventory discrepancies and report issues Follow environmental,
health, and safety (EHS) regulations Read and follow the work
instructions and bill of materials Perform other assigned tasks or
special projects What's Needed? High school diploma or relevant
experience, or an Associate's degree. Basic knowledge of
mathematics and computer skills. Ability to handle materials and
operate automatic lifting devices. Good communication and teamwork
