This is a great opportunity for individuals who are dependable, enjoy working independently, and want to be rewarded for their results. Paid training is provided , and after training, you’ll have the flexibility to work as much as you want and increase your earnings through commission-based pay. Compensation Training Pay: $20/hour for the first 2 weeks After Training: Commission only, paid weekly based on successful repossessions Unlimited Earning Potential — the more you work, the more you earn Responsibilities Locate and safely recover assigned vehicles Accurately document and report all recovery activities Maintain professionalism and respect during all customer interactions Ensure vehicles are handled and transported securely and without damage Adhere to all company and legal safety standards Requirements Valid Driver’s License Clean driving record for the past 5 years No felony convictions on record Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Experience in repossession or related field preferred but not required Why Join SMS Recovery?
