We’re looking for a reliable Stand Up Forklift Operator to join our team in a cold storage facility on the east side of Indianapolis. If you’re comfortable working in a cold environment and want a stable opportunity with great pay, this role is for you! Location: East Side of Indianapolis Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Pay Rate: $21/hour Work Environment: Cold storage facility (34&degree;F) Job Summary: As a Forklift Operator, you’ll be responsible for moving, loading, and organizing product throughout a temperature-controlled warehouse. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations efficient, accurate, and safe while supporting production and warehouse teams. Key Responsibilities: Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Load, unload, and transport product with accuracy and care Support warehouse and production teams by moving materials where needed Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in a cold storage environment What You’ll Need: Previous forklift operating experience Current forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to work in a cold environment (34&degree;F) for extended periods Dependability and strong attendance record Attention to detail and a commitment to safety Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the majority of your shift Looking for a steady career in logistics with room to grow?
