in Muncie, Indiana, 47303! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession:

Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 18
months required License: Must be in hand prior to start date
Certifications: ACLS, BLS required Must-Have: - Previous charge
experience - Patient ratio experience - Experience in
interpretation and management of dysrhythmias - Arterial line
management - Starting and maintaining IVs - Continuous IV sedation
- Titration of cardiac drips - Care of ventilated patients -
Ventilator management Description: We are seeking a dedicated
Registered Nurse for a critical care setting. The position involves
managing a variety of complex patient conditions including
respiratory failure, sepsis, and CHF. Staffing ratios are typically
2 patients to 1 RN, with 1:1 in high acuity situations. Floating to
progressive care may be required. Candidates must have experience
with arterial lines and IV management. Care will involve managing
continuous IV sedation and titrating cardiac drips. Ventilator
management experience is essential. The unit utilizes
interdisciplinary support teams. All RNs must comply with vaccine
requirements. Local candidates will not be accepted for certain
positions. Candidates must be prepared to float within the facility
or to nearby affiliates. Background checks will be conducted prior
to hiring. Candidates are expected to work 2 out of 3 major
