A well-established community health center in Dayton, OH is seeking a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician to join their team! - Board-eligible/Board-certified Family Medicine/Internal Medicine - Outpatient setting - Schedule is full-time 40 hours, Monday-Friday 8a-5p with one evening shift 11a-7p per week - On-call schedule is 1:5 - FM will see all ages/IM will see ages 18 - You will see around 20 patients per day. - 6 locations to choose from within the Dayton, OH area - All levels of experience welcome to apply - Dayton is nationally ranked within the top ten for most affordable housing and within driving distance to the United States Air Force Museum, the oldest and largest military and aviation museum in the country - Competitive salary with fantastic benefits, Relocation, Loan Repayment, and more! - Please refer to job ID 5448
