Anesthesiologist at Our Organization We are looking for a General
Anesthesiologist to join our team at Ball Memorial Hospital. This
role offers a collaborative and patient-centered atmosphere,
featuring a flexible call schedule. The responsibilities include
administering anesthesia across various surgical specialties, with
the exception of major trauma, transplant, and cardiac procedures.
Our facility prioritizes clinical excellence, provider wellness,
and teamwork within a regional referral center. Our organization is
in search of a dedicated and skilled General Anesthesiologist to
become part of the Anesthesia care team at Ball Memorial Hospital
located in Muncie, Indiana. This is a remarkable opportunity to

and the well-being of our providers. Key Position Highlights:
Generous sign-on bonus to welcome you aboard! Days off following
both OB and OR call shifts 1:7 call rotation, ensuring a balanced
schedule and predictable time off Flexible practice model: 60% solo
practice or 40% under medical supervision, with an ideal 1:3 ratio
and occasional 1:2 coverage. Diverse range of cases, including:
General Surgery Orthopedics Obstetrics ENT Urology Gastroenterology
Neurology Vascular Note: Major trauma, transplant, and cardiac
cases are managed by a separate team. Ball Memorial Hospital serves
as a regional referral center, offering a comprehensive range of
surgical services. You will be part of a supportive Anesthesia
group that values both autonomy and teamwork, while maintaining a
focus on clinical quality. Our providers have a significant voice

and respect. Qualifications: MD or DO degree Current or eligible
licensure in Indiana Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
