Call only coverage with 1:3 call ratio 10 - 15 patients per shift with 10 admissions General CV/thoracic surgery including CABG and valve procedures Advanced procedures: TAVR, LVAD, and congenital defect repairs Both inpatient and outpatient rounding required 20-minute call response time with 20 phone consults per day Open and endoscopic procedures including lung resection Permanent pacemaker and AICD placement required We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage We simplify the credentialing and privileging process Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
