Our team is committed to providing trauma-informed, client-centered services that promote lasting recovery.Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Therapist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive behavioral health services, including assessments, treatment planning, individual and group counseling, and coordination with multidisciplinary care teams. This role is crucial to supporting clients? recovery journeys by addressing substance use and co-occurring disorders through evidence-based and culturally competent care.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Assessments & DiagnosisConduct biopsychosocial assessments using validated tools (e.g., ASI) and diagnose substance use and co-occurring disorders per DSM-5 criteria.Determine appropriate level of care based on ASAM criteria.Review and obtain relevant clinical records for treatment planning.Treatment Planning & CounselingCollaborate with clients to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that are recovery-focused and measurable.Deliver individual and group counseling in alignment with treatment goals.Reassess treatment plans regularly and revise as necessary to address client progress and emerging issues.Client Monitoring & CoordinationMonitor client progress throughout the treatment episode and determine the need for continued services, discharge, or transfer.Develop and implement comprehensive discharge/transfer plans.Coordinate with external providers (e.g., mental health clinicians, legal agencies, schools) to ensure integrated care.Documentation & ComplianceDocument all services, assessments, treatment updates, and discharge planning in client records accurately and promptly.Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and ethical standards, including appropriate signatures and use of electronic health records.Team Collaboration & SafetyActively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case consultations.Recognize and respond to psychiatric crises; provide timely interventions and report accordingly.Adhere to mandatory reporting requirements, including abuse, neglect, suicidality, and homicidality.Cultural Competency & Ethical PracticeProvide culturally sensitive care tailored to each client?s background and experiences.Maintain a high level of ethical conduct in accordance with organizational policies and relevant professional codes.Additional DutiesAttend scheduled staffing and training meetings.Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors or the Clinical Director.Qualifications/Required ExperienceExperience providing therapy to individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.Familiarity with ASAM, DSM-5, and trauma-informed care models.Education & LicensureMaster?s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.Active licensure or certification in the state of Indiana (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, CADC, or equivalent) preferredEmployee BenefitsBoca Recovery Center offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:Health InsuranceRetirement PlansDisability CoveragePaid Time OffProfessional Development OpportunitiesSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to Friday* Weekends as neededPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In personby Jobble
