• Call Schedule: Approximately every sixth or seventh weekend and approximately three calls a month during the weekdays only until 10:00 pm

    • Evaluates and treats patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills. Coordinates discharge planning with case management.

      Requirements Licensure/Certification/Registration:
      Required Credential(s):
      • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
      • Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.Education:
