Hybrid positionAspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of
comprehensive whole health services including primary medical care,
behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the
social determinants of health such as housing and employment.
Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving
Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.Position SummaryThe Lead
Psychologist - HSPP position is responsible for provision of
clinical care, competency development, clinical supervision,
authorization of treatment plans/care, training, and support of
Doctoral, Masters and Bachelors prepared behavioral health staff.
This position shall develop, conduct, and evaluate training for all
levels of direct clinical service staff and interns to ensure
utilization of evidence based practice for quality care. The Lead
Psychologist - HSPP will be a subject matter expert for clinical
care and provide guidance on treatment recommendations and
provision of clinical services. This position requires the full
understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of
Aspire utilizing evidence-based best practice models. The position
will also work in conjunction with management in working towards
Aspires strategic priorities and excellence in health
care.Education/ExperienceDoctoral degree in Psychology from a
college/university accredited by the US Department of Education
requiredA minimum of two (2) years experience post licensure as an
HSPP Psychologist requiredCommunity Mental Health experience highly
preferredSubstance use evaluation experience preferredKnowledge of
social service systems, community resources, legal systems, and
child welfare systems highly preferredLicensureMust be recognized
as a Licensed Psychologist by the State of Indiana with HSPP
designationOther RequirementsDeep personal commitment to the

to maintain strict confidentiality and handle highly confidential
information with professionalismMust have excellent diagnostic and
treatment planning skillsMust be able to exhibit a high level of

problem solve and utilize critical thinking skillsMust have
