The Registered Nurse (RN) encompasses all duties relating to providing exemplary patient care services at Riverview Health. Outstanding customer service skills and understanding of confidentiality and productivity are required by the Registered Nurse (RN). Rehab Registered Nurse (RN) Job Functions:

• Use the nursing process, demonstrate a strong clinical knowledge base while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patients within the framework of standards of patient care in nursing practice
• Deliver care to the acutely ill and injured patients of the community.
• Anticipate and respond to patient needs.
• Monitor the ongoing physical, psychological, social, safety, educational and discharge needs of each patient.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with patients, families and a multidisciplinary team

  • Minimum: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse Program Licensed RN in the state of Indiana
