Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for an energetic, seasoned, professional Director of Corporate Sales to lead the corporate sales effort at our Cambria hotels & suites in Noblesville, IN! This dynamic sales professional will offer one point of contact to our corporate clients. He or she will have a great understanding of the necessity to develop relationships with clients, and aggressive proactive outside sales. Will be a great team player who provides an exceptional client and guest experience. Position details include, but are not limited to: - Possess great knowledge of market, corporate demand generators, and competition - Have a great understanding of hotelligence, and other prospecting intelligence tools - Qualify accounts, evaluate demand, conduct displacement analysis, negotiate contracts, and maximize revenue - Answer RFPs - Continuously prospect for new accounts - Host and entertain clients. Plan and execute client events - Meet weekly and monthly sales goals - Partner with operations team to ensure full participation in servicing accounts, and providing guests with an exceptional experience - Work with General Manager to create and implement sales action plans and strategies to meet or exceed revenue goalsRequirements: Candidate must: - be professional, energetic, and highly self- motivated with the ability to execute initiatives quickly - work well with others, or independently - possess exceptional communication skills, both written and oral - have a desire to work in a fast paced, fun, team environment - understand and provide exceptional client service, follow up quickly, and always put client's needs at the forefront - have knowledge of SalesPro - knowledge of the North Indianapolis/Noblesville market is highly favorable - have a proven track record of developing and maintaining long term business relationships - have a bachelors degree and a minimum of 3 - 5 years corporate sales experience Salary commensurate with experience
