interviewing for a Manager of Comprehensive Outpatient Services in
Noblesville, INIn-person/remote work hybrid schedule available.
Must live in Indiana. Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider
of comprehensive whole health services including primary medical
care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing
the social determinants of health such as housing and employment.
Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving
Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.Position SummaryThe Manager
of Comprehensive Outpatient Services will administratively and
clinically manage, monitor and evaluate the clinical services of
assigned programs. This position will consistently communicate with
their Senior Director to ensure congruence in the management of
their team and coordinate services between other Aspire clinical
teams to ensure the highest quality of client care. As a member of
the Comprehensive Outpatient Services Management Team, you will
serve as a leader and should continuously promote the direction and
expectations set forth by that team, in conjunction with the
administration of Aspire Indiana, Inc. Education and
ExperienceMasters degree in social work, psychology, counseling or
a directly-related human service field from a college/university
accredited by the US Department of Education requiredFive (5) years
related work experience required; supervisory experience highly
preferredExperience in providing community based servicesExperience
with MRO and Recovery Works programming a plusKnowledge and
application of utilizing social service systems (Medicaid, Social
Security, Corrections, etc) highly preferredCommunity Mental Health
experience highly preferredDeep personal commitment to the Mission,
Vision, and Values of Aspire Indiana HealthMust have excellent
collaboration and supervisory skills, and exceptional soft skills,
such as relationship-building, team building, interpersonal
communication, problem solving, listening, negotiation, diplomacy
Ability to be flexible and work outside normal business hours, as
needed LicensureMust be recognized as a Licensed Clinical Social
Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed
Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) by the State of Indiana Learn
