Overview:
BlueSky Commerce is a creative, digital, and technology-focused company that helps businesses create and manage its digital and commerce footprint to strengthen online visibility and ultimately revenue. BlueSky is seeking an experienced Account Manager. The right person will have the following traits:

  • A strong understanding of digital marketing, brand engagement, and customer journey mapping and tools

    As an Account Manager, responsibilities will include focusing on helping our clients to be digitally competitive, working with clients to develop objectives, strategies, and tactics that provide omnichannel solutions throughout the customer journey, and partnering with our creative, development, and client services teams to ensure successful implementation. This position reports to the Account Director of the BlueSky Marketing OU.
    Responsibilities:
    • Help clients allocate marketing budgets and develop digital marketing plans across all online channels, including digital media, email, website, mobile, and social media
    • Evaluate and analyze project results and present recommendations for changes in strategy
    • Leverage metrics and research where appropriate to define and track performance against goals mapped to client objectives and targets, adjusting as new data comes in
    • Maintain an understanding of the client's financial, strategic and marketing imperatives, and competitive dynamics in their market
    • Surface new online marketing ideas and tactics to drive growth and collaborate with internal and client teams to test value and ability to execute
    • Day-to-day management and oversight of client engagements, including status report generation, recurring meetings/calls, communications with account stakeholders, communications with internal stakeholders, strategy sessions, and quarterly account/benchmark reviews
    • Deliver campaign results analysis, optimization and strategic recommendations, best practices recommendations, client meetings and presentations, requirements documenting, training, and other tasks as they arise

      This a full-time position located in our corporate office located in Noblesville, IN. Pay is commensurate with experience and matches industry standards. Excellent Medical and employee benefits.
      Education: Bachelor's Degree
      Experience Level: Mid-Level, 3+ years of experience. Hands-on experience with campaign setup and management is preferred.
