Working remotely, this role is responsible for defining, promoting,
communicating, and executing the strategic marketing roadmap for
brands and current and future products within our Mortgage
Solutions Division. You will actively lead day-to-day decisions and
activities related to the marketing roadmap, content development,
product promotion, competitive assessment, brand and product
positioning, and consumer messaging. You will build relationships
across the organization and externally, to support increased brand
presence, product awareness and adoption. You will achieve success
by working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand
customer needs and emerging marketing opportunities, and
transforming these into relevant product marketing and positioning,
to increase market awareness and drive growth. Responsibilities
This position is responsible for developing and executing brand and
product marketing programs and content in support of long and
short-term marketing strategies, to meet business objectives. This
includes: Lead day-to-day brand and product marketing initiatives
in support of sales teams and business goals. With an understanding
of our brand and product marketing strategy, lead copywriting and
content development, creating content and consumer experiences that
resonate with our mortgage lender/servicer customers Synthesize
complex product features and client needs into simple, powerful
stories Work independently to create marketing materials, including
sales tools, campaigns, promotions, videos, scripts, blogs, white
papers, website content, case studies, data sheets and
presentations. You will help to bring new products to market
through the development and evangelization of robust go-to-market
plans, value positioning, messaging frameworks, and sales
enablement and training Partner with marketing teams to design,
activate and measure the performance of product marketing
campaigns, analyze results, share with key stakeholders, and make
recommendations for future campaign strategies Serve as subject
matter expert on the competitive landscape and develop sales tools
to overcome client objectives Engage with a wide range of
stakeholders across the organization and customers to build market
awareness and demand for our product portfolio Assist in win/loss
analysis and distill client feedback, uncovering learnings to
evolve product positioning and messaging, and provide actionable
recommendations informing sales and product strategy Qualifications
The ideal candidate has familiarity with marketing, advertising,
conferences and/or technology landscapes with experience in brand
and product marketing, solutions marketing, strategy, or sales
enablement within mortgage origination, post-close or servicing
products and services. Strong written and verbal communication
skills 5 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing,
content creation, product management, product positioning,
competitive analysis, marketing planning and strategy Expert in
working in cross-functional, highly matrixed environments Advanced
knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel,
Visio, etc.) Strong interpersonal skills with keen ability to
communicate product marketing and positioning across an
organization and to large audiences Sound decision making, critical
thinking, creative, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree or
equivalent combination of education and experience LI-NS2 FAMSOTH
