Summary
The Assistant Project Manager involves assisting and supporting the project team with daily project coordination. They will be responsible for all meeting schedules, budget, and quality goals that lead to more cohesion on the team and success on projects. With a 25% travel requirement, an ideal candidate oversees many projects at one time.

Description
The Assistant Project Manager will:
Generating professional relationships that are crucial to overall success of projects and company
Obtaining, assembling, distributing and filling all as-built drawings, warranties, certificates of occupancy and lien releases.
Preparing and Presenting all budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports
Creating security that all projects are compliant, on-time, and within budget.
Strategically scheduling projects in logical and timely steps in order to meet deadlines.
Profile
The Assistant Project Manager will have:
High Integrity mentality and good Time-Management
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
Open to Candidates with General Contractor Internship experience as well
2-5 years of experience in Construction, experience managing multiple projects at a time
Ground-up experience
Experience with restaurant or restoration projects
Experience in fast food, restaurant, or cafeteria builds
Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
