Summary Harris Products Group, a Lincoln Electric Company, has an
outstanding opportunity for Maintenance Reliability Engineer. The
Maintenance Reliability Engineer plays a key role in the d
evelopment and implementation of reliability strategies to improve
equipment performance and reduce downtime. In addition to

benefits! What You Will Do Conduct root cause failure analysis on
equipment failures and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.
Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends
and areas for improvement. Lead continuous improvement initiatives
to enhance reliability and maintenance practices. Provide technical
support and training to maintenance personnel. Ensure compliance
with safety and regulatory standards. Determine best maintenance
practices for specific pieces of equipment. Generate and utilize
Pareto Charts to identify and analyze equipment failures to
prioritize maintenance functions and equipment improvements.
Conduct risk assessment and implement risk mitigation methodologies
(FMECA & RCM). Be responsible for the reliability and failure
minimization of all equipment at the plant. Coordinate
multi-disciplinary teams consisting of Maintenance Managers,
Process Engineers, Supervisors, Operators, and Maintenance
Technicians, using RCM, FMEA, and other methodologies. Education &
Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in mechanical
engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent relevant
experience. 3 years' experience in maintenance reliability
engineering or a similar role. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills. Proficiency in reliability analysis tools
and techniques (e.g., FMEA, RCA, RCM). Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team
environment. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in
maintenance and reliability. Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in reliability engineering (e.g., Certified
Reliability Engineer). Experience with predictive maintenance
technologies and software. Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized
