Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This opportunity is for a Special Education Teacher to
support students with severe and significant needs within an
elementary school setting in Fishers, IN. The position focuses on
the districts ALPHA program, which serves K-12 students, many of
whom are wheelchair-bound or require intense support. This role
offers a full-time schedule (37.5 hours/week, 5 days/week) starting
ASAP through the end of the current school year. Qualifications:
Valid Interventionist License (intense or mild/mod) Experience
supporting students with complex disabilities Ability to
collaborate with 1-2 paraprofessionals in the classroom Commitment
to individualized instruction for a caseload of 8 students (not all
present simultaneously) Responsibilities: Deliver specialized
instruction tailored to students unique educational and physical
needs Work closely with classroom paras and support staff to
implement IEPs effectively Monitor and document student progress,
adjusting teaching strategies as needed Provide a safe, inclusive,
and supportive learning environment for all students on caseload
Location: Elementary school in Fishers, Indiana Duration: Current
school year (start ASAP, end of school year) Schedule: Full-time,
37.5 hours/week, Monday through Friday Caseload: 8 students ranging
