We have a career opportunity for a CRM Specialist to join our team!Responsibilities: The CRM Specialist is responsible for managing and administrating the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management tool for the organization. This includes system maintenance, enhancements, dashboards, report building, development of user interface and managing projects that improve the CRM system. They will partner closely with the Commercial teams including Sales, Customer Service, Technical Service, Field Service, Marketing, Contracts and Accounting to understand their business processes and develop strategies that support their goals. They will look for opportunities to enhance and further develop the CRM tool, as well as evaluate new technology to complement our current data road map and strategy. The CRM Business Analyst will also be the Project Manager on all CRM system upgrades and identified CRM projects. This position will work in close partnership with the IT department.Essential Functions:*Promotes Helmer values as demonstrated in personal productivity and quality of work, management of internal/external relationships, actively seeking out and participating in Continuous Improvement practices, and willingness to engage and support team initiatives.**CRM Administration* - Implement and manage business and technical processes/workflows and enhancements within CRM, create reports and dashboards and train users on system. Actively work to improve upon existing CRM processes and workflows. Own CRM processes and process documentation to ensure consistent use across the organization.* *Project Management* - Lead projects related to CRM including software upgrades, portals and other software integrations and tools identified that support commercial goals. Ensure projects are completed on time, at budget and to the full extent of the project charter. This includes ensuring stakeholders are kept up to date on project status and best practices are followed as it pertains to project management. Work with CRM partner on more complex development projects. Examples include telephony, portals, chat, ERP integration, etc. Include information related to project management as well as work to configure system, lead testing and train users.* *Reports and Dashboards and Ad Hoc Requests *- Create reports and dashboards as needed by users. Support projects based on CRM data including Annual Customer Relationship survey.**Training* - Act as first point of contact for user questions. Provide training to all CRM users including new hire training, ongoing training on best practices, system upgrades and new functionality. Drive user adoption of newly implemented features and functionality through training sessions.* *Maintain CRM System* - Primary contact for all CRM related questions. Help determine root cause of issues experienced by CRM users which may require partnership with IT. Implement changes to system or processes to address issues. Develop testing methodology and manage all CRM testing procedures. Create and maintain robust test scripts to be used for software upgrades and system changes minimizing issues when changes are implemented into live system.**Data Integrity* - Develop processes, metrics and reports that help manage the data integrity of the system. Continuously enhance system to limit data issues. Update data in system when changes are made to territory alignment, products or prices. Update product and cost information annually. Perform regular audits of data to ensure processes are being followed and operating as expected. If data becomes corrupt, identify root cause, correct error and implement changes to prevent them from happening again.Qualifications: Relative Work Experience:* 3+ years in analytical role supporting CRM required. Support of sales or marketing in analytical role preferred.Education:* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance or other analytical/ business fields or comparable experience.Certifications / Licenses: None required.Computer Systems / Software:* Demonstrated experience configuring or administering a CRM system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
